He studied art at the Academia di Brera in Milan and at the Academie Julian in Paris. He travelled extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East and this clearly greatly influenced his style and palette.
He arrived in England at the beginning of 1970 after which his work was widely exhibited. He had a one man shows at the Bluecoat Gallery in Liverpool. The Tib Lane Gallery and Granada House in Manchester also exhibited his work, as did the Park Square Gallery in Leeds.
His work has readily sold to a wide variety of collectors at home and abroad.
